By visiting janecrown.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You may read, link to, and reasonably quote material on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you retain attribution to the author and to Jane Crown’s Underground Poetry. When you submit work for consideration, you represent that it is your own original writing (or that you have permission to submit it), that it does not infringe any third-party right, and that it is not currently under offer elsewhere unless you tell us so. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish your work on the Site and to keep it accessible in our archive. You retain copyright; we ask that you credit Jane Crown’s Underground Poetry as the original publisher when the piece is reprinted elsewhere.

4. Content responsibility

Pieces published on the Site reflect the views of their named authors. We curate carefully, but the views and statements expressed are the contributors’ own and are not necessarily endorsed by the editorial hand of Jane Crown’s Underground Poetry.
